Be straight with us and you'll get more, not less. Every item is opened and checked before it's listed, so nothing stays hidden. A declared fault costs you a grade. An undeclared one costs you the sale — the item is rejected and comes back at your cost. Sellers who describe items accurately get approved faster and priced higher, because we don't have to discount for doubt.

I confirm everything I've entered is accurate and complete, and that I have not held anything back — including faults, damage, missing parts, repairs, and how old the item really is. I understand Kinderly inspects every item by hand, and that information which turns out to be wrong or withheld means my item is rejected and returned to me at my own cost.

We reply on WhatsApp within 24 hours. Nothing is collected until you've said yes to the price.

How selling to Kinderly works

Our team checks the brand, model and price. You get a WhatsApp message with a yes or a no, and the reason.

Within 24 hours

We collect

A Kinderly rider picks up from your door in Lahore (free). Outside Lahore, you courier it to us and we refund the cost when it sells.

1–3 days after approval

We inspect & grade

12-point check, clean, sanitise, photograph. If we regrade it, you see the new price before it goes live and can withdraw.

1–2 days after pickup

It goes live

Listed under Kinderly's name. Buyers deal with us. If it hasn't sold in 14 days we drop the price 10%, up to three times, never below your floor.

Up to 60 days

You get paid

Once the buyer's 7-day return window closes, your payout lands by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Payouts & fees

Our cut covers pickup, inspection, cleaning, photography, storage, buyer support and the return guarantee. It's a percentage of the sale price, and it gets smaller as the price goes up.

What Kinderly agrees to

Review within 24 hours, with a reason if we decline
Free pickup in Lahore within 3 days of approval
Inspect and grade honestly; show you any regrade before listing
Insure your item while it's with us, up to the listed price
Pay within 3 working days after the buyer's return window closes
Never share your details with a buyer

If we regrade or decline at inspection

You'll get the new grade, the new price and a photo of the reason. Accept, or have it returned (Rs 300, or free if you collect). Counterfeits are not returned.

If it doesn't sell

After 60 days and three markdowns: return for Rs 300, collect free, or donate. No reply within 14 days means we donate it.

If the buyer returns it

If our grading was wrong, your payout isn't affected. If the item had an undeclared fault, it goes back to you.

Cancelling

Withdraw any time before pickup from My items. After pickup, message us; the return fee applies. Once sold, it's sold.
