Kinderly is new. Every item has to be collected, inspected and graded before it goes live, so the first listings are on their way rather than already here. If your child has outgrown something good, you can be one of the first sellers on it. Sell an item.

Buying preloved shouldn't mean taking a chance. Here's what we do before anything reaches your child \u2014 and why a marketplace is a different thing from a shop.
Condition guide
Preloved shouldn't mean a surprise at the door. We grade every item ourselves, in person, after it reaches our hub — the seller's description is only a starting point. If we downgrade an item, the seller sees why and can withdraw it before it's listed.

Shipping is charged at the courier's rate. We don't mark it up.

We refund in full when
- The item isn't as graded or described
- A fault we didn't declare
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged in transit
We can't accept returns for
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Wear that was shown in our photos and grade
- Items used, washed or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene items once opened (feeding bottles, teats, potties)

A Kinderly rider picks up from your door in Lahore (free). Outside Lahore, you courier it to us and we refund the cost when it sells.

12-point check, clean, sanitise, photograph. If we regrade it, you see the new price before it goes live and can withdraw.

Listed under Kinderly's name. Buyers deal with us. If it hasn't sold in 14 days we drop the price 10%, up to three times.

Payouts & fees
Our cut covers pickup, inspection, cleaning, photography, storage, buyer support and the return guarantee. It's a percentage of the sale price, and it gets smaller as the price goes up.

Minimum listing price is Rs 1,500. Cheaper items — onesies, board books, small toys — are accepted as bundles.
What else is there?
- No listing fee, no pickup fee in Lahore
- Optional deep-clean or refurbish before listing: Rs 500–1,500, agreed with you first
- Return of an unsold or failed item: Rs 300 (free if you collect from our hub)
- Nothing else. No hidden deductions.

Seller terms, in plain words
This is the whole agreement. There's no longer version hidden somewhere.
What you agree to
- The item is yours to sell, genuine, and not recalled
- Your description and photos are honest
- Kinderly sells it on your behalf under Kinderly's name
- Kinderly may drop the price 10% every 14 days, up to three times, never below the floor you set
- You'll be reachable on WhatsApp for pickup
What Kinderly agrees to
- Review within 24 hours, with a reason if we decline
- Free pickup in Lahore within 3 days of approval
- Inspect and grade honestly; show you any regrade before listing
- Insure your item against loss or damage while it's with us, up to the listed price
- Pay you within 3 working days after the buyer's return window closes
- Never share your details with a buyer
If we regrade or decline at inspection
You'll get the new grade, the new price and a photo of the reason. You can accept, or have it returned (Rs 300, or free if you collect). Counterfeits are not returned and are destroyed — you'll be told, and we'll show you why.
If it doesn't sell
After 60 days and three markdowns you choose: return for Rs 300, collect free from our hub, or donate to a partner charity. If we don't hear from you within 14 days of our message, we donate it.
If the buyer returns it
Returns within 7 days for "not as described" come back to our hub. If our grading was wrong, that's on us and your payout isn't affected. If the item had an undeclared fault, it goes back to you.
Cancelling
You can withdraw any time before it sells. If it's already been collected and listed, the return fee applies. Once sold, it's sold.
Questions parents ask us
Buying
Is everything really genuine?
Yes. Every item is checked by our team for brand marks, build and serials before listing. If we can't verify it, it doesn't go up. If you ever receive something you believe is fake, you get a full refund and we investigate.
Can I see the item before paying?
Our photos are of the exact item, not stock images, and show any wear. You can also collect from our Lahore hub by appointment and inspect it there.
Are used car seats safe?
We only sell seats under 6 years old, with no crash history declared, no recall, and all harness parts present. The manufacture date is on every car seat listing.
Why the Rs 199 fee?
It covers the inspection, cleaning, sanitising and protective packaging on every order. It's shown before you pay, never added after.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Everywhere in Pakistan, with COD. Large items like cots and trampolines are quoted first.
Selling
Why can't I talk to the buyer?
Because you don't need to. We handle the questions, the haggling, the delivery and any returns. You get paid without strangers at your door.
How do you decide the price?
Our AI price calculator gives a suggestion only: it estimates what the item costs new in Pakistan (landed price for imports), then applies the condition grade. You choose the asking price, and our team checks it's fair at review. You can set a floor we'll never go below.
What don't you accept?
Unbranded or counterfeit items, recalled products, car seats over 6 years old or without a date label, cots not meeting current safety standards, and anything stained or broken beyond "well used". For now we're also not taking feeding, bath or potty items, and clothes only as branded bundles — we're starting with the bigger gear parents most want checked.
Can I get cash on the spot?
Instant buyout is coming soon. Right now everything is consignment: we collect, sell and pay you 8–10 days after the sale. Once we've sold enough prams and car seats to know their true prices, we'll start offering cash at the door for the top brands.
When do I get paid?
Consignment: 8–10 days after the sale (once the buyer's 7-day return window closes). Instant buyout: cash at pickup.
